Do you come to my house, or do I bring my computer to you?
Either works. We do home and office visits across Ayrshire, Glasgow and Paisley, or you can drop your device off with us in Kilbirnie. Just tell us which you'd prefer when you get in touch.
How long does a repair usually take?
Most common jobs, like a virus clean-up or an SSD upgrade, are usually [X working days]. Screen replacements depend on the part arriving, normally [X working days]. We'll give you a realistic timescale when we diagnose it, and you can follow progress in the customer portal.
How much will it cost?
You get a price before any work starts, and nothing goes ahead until you approve it. Our common prices are listed further up this page. Bigger jobs like custom PC builds, CCTV and alarms are quoted to suit what you need.
Will I lose my files?
In almost all cases, no. We keep your data on the machine wherever possible, and on upgrades like a new SSD we move everything across for you. If a drive has failed, we'll tell you honestly what can and can't be recovered before you commit to anything.
Do you cover my area?
We cover all of North, South and East Ayrshire, plus Glasgow, Paisley, Renfrewshire, Dunbartonshire and the wider west of Scotland. The towns we cover most often are listed above. If yours isn't there, give us a call, as we probably still cover you.
Can you fix phones and tablets too?
Yes. We replace screens, batteries and charging ports on iPhone, Samsung, iPad and most other tablets.
Do you install CCTV and alarms for homes as well as businesses?
Both. We're an approved Hikvision installer and a registered partner, fitting systems from two cameras up to two hundred, with a minimum two-year warranty and viewing on your phone. We also fit Ajax intruder alarms, which you control from the free Ajax app with no yearly app fees.
What are your opening hours?

How do I pay?
